  • The WITW package does not include brand design, logo creation, copywriting, or creative direction. Please provide all branding, creative assets, photographs, and copy before our design weeks begins.

    With the WITW package, you will receive my Brand Playbook to explore and gain clarity on your brand identity as well as copy prep guides for each page to help with content planning.

    But, if you need support with branding or copy, you have the following options:

    1. Branding: We'll go deep on uncovering the soul of your brand, creating the strategy as well as designing your brand identity - logo, fonts, colours - for $1500 + GST.

    2. Creative Direction : Includes basic branding, strategic copywriting, photoshoot support, and premium stock image selection for $1500 + GST.

    3. Copywriting : We'll collaborate on writing website copy that connects with your community and converts them into paying, dream clients. For $1500 + GST.

  • From a professional photographer’s point of view, high quality, on brand images are essential to creating a website that communicates your brand essence and attracts your dream clients.

    I highly recommend a brand photoshoot is key to helping your community connect with you and your brand.

    If you’re local I’d be honoured to be your brand photographer and I offer shoots at a discounted rate for all website clients.

  • You will have me for a whole 2 weeks post launch to troubleshoot and ask questions etc. Even after that I’ll still be around and we can of course chat… just try getting rid of me!!

  • Of course I can help! Additional pages begin at $300 depending on length and creative content etc.

  • Absolutely, I believe this is one of the main ways my service positively differs from other designers.

    I believe a website is never complete. I'm always tinkering with mine.

    So, I provide my clients with a pre-recorded mini website tutorial upon handover to demonstrate the ways to keep your site up to date, and make changes or additions as required.

  • Sure! I accept payments via bank transfer in instalments of:

    – 50% deposit to secure your project in the studio.

    – 50% payment one week prior to launching your website.

  • Collaboration is key to our project’s success!

    Once you accept the contract and make an initial payment, I’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire to clarify your brand vision, values, dream clients, and business goals. This helps me understand your needs and create a website that truly reflects you.

    You can save and return to the questionnaire anytime. Additionally, please create a Pinterest board to show your preferred website style, including colours, textures, and fonts.

  • The “Website in Two Weeks” process takes two weeks from the scheduled start date, assuming all pre-work (initial payment, questionnaire, brand assets, and copy) is completed and uploaded to our shared Google drive. Once scheduled, we follow a strict timeline, so please ensure all materials are ready by the start of the design week.

    Any delays will require rescheduling.

    If you include the Branding or Copywriting packages - add on 1 week each to the project timeline and another 2-3 weeks for the Creative Direction package.

  • No. I can recommend which services to use but I do not set these up for you.
