01/ALIGN & REFINE
T H E S O U L W O R K
We’ll start with a quick chat to make sure we’re aligned and this feels like the right fit. If so, I’ll guide you through exactly what you’ll need - like copy, images, brand colours, fonts, and any design assets - so we’re ready to roll come design week.
A week or two before we begin designing, we’ll kick off the prep phase where you will:
𖤓 Complete an in depth questionnaire to clarify your brand vision which will help to guide the website design
𖤓 Add me to a Pinterest board so I can soak up your inspo
𖤓 Drop everything into a shared Google folder (hi-res, on-brand photos, copy, assets - logo, icons, colours, fonts etc)
No copy, logo, or brand design yet? Don’t stress, I can help with that too.
02/ DESIGN & ALCHEMISE
T H E B U I L D
Let the fun begin!
We’ll kick off our design phase with an on-boarding call to make sure we’re clear on the vision, aligned on the design and have everything uploaded in the G Folder. I’ll also set up your Squarespace account.
I begin by designing your Home page first, as it sets the tone for the rest of your site. Once this is designed we’ll have a check-in to make sure you’re feeling great about the direction - the fonts, colours, layout, vibe - before moving forward.
Once the look and feel are locked in, I’ll start rolling the design out across the rest of your pages. You’ll share feedback along the way, so we can keep things moving with ease and clarity.
This whole process is intentionally designed to be collaborative, easeful and fun, no endless back-and-forth, frustration or nagging!
I’ll be available via WhatsApp during office hours, and I ask that you too are available during these two weeks to review and respond so we can stay in flow. I’ll also begin the domain connection process and take care of all the tech… stress-free and handled with love.
03/ LAUNCH & ELEVATE
I T ‘ S G O T I M E B A B Y!!
Once your website is designed and feeling like you, I’ll work a little behind-the-scenes magic to make sure it’s not just beautiful but built to be found. That means setting up all the key SEO elements: meta titles, alt-text, image naming, and submitting your sitemap via Google Search Console.
We’ll wrap everything up with a final review call to make sure your site flows beautifully, looks fab on every device, and is ready to work its magic.

You’ll hit publish on your new digital home (or sales page!) and start confidently sharing your soul work, calling in aligned clients, and selling your offerings with ease.

I’ve thought about everything from how easy it’ll be for you to duplicate sections (hello, future sales pages!) to how simple the editor is to navigate, how slick it looks on mobile, and how much customisation is possible without overcomplicating things.
It’s an all-in-one dream with your website, domain, email marketing, automations, courses, and sales all in one place. Streamlined, simple, and stunning. The pricing is solid, and if you need more convincing? One quick Google of the pros and you’ll get it.

Yes, ideally you’ll need your colours, fonts, and logo ready to go. If you don’t have these yet, I recommend starting with Brand Alchemy - they’re a match made in web site and brand heaven!! Plus you’ll get a $500 discount when booked together.

From a professional photographer’s pov, high quality, on brand images are essential to creating a website that communicates your brand essence and attracts your dream clients.
I highly recommend a brand photoshoot is key to helping your community connect with you and your brand.
If you’re local I’d be honoured to be your brand photographer and I offer shoots at a discounted rate for all website clients.
If not, and you need assistance finding an aligned photographer or establishing a creative direction for the shoot, I can help - let's chat!

You will have me for a whole 2 weeks post launch to troubleshoot and ask questions etc. Even after that I’ll still be around and we can of course chat… just try getting rid of me!! This doesn't mean I'll be redesigning pages or adding new content, but I will be able to answer any questions, troubleshoot tech glitches, and make sure you feel confident and ready to use your site to its fullest potential!

We can absolutely add to your website after launch. Simply reach out and I can provide an estimate at my hourly studio rate exclusive to previous clients. I also offer ongoing site maintenance, team training, and web strategy as your brand, and business, grow post launch!

Absolutely, I believe this is one of the main ways my service positively differs from other designers and one of the main reasons I use Squarespace too. I want you to feel empowered and confident in maintaining your site. But, if you’d prefer me to maintain it for you I offer monthly retainers or you can simply let me know when you need support, which is priced at an hourly rate. Please enquire directly.

Website Sprint takes two weeks from the scheduled start date, assuming all pre-work (initial payment, questionnaire, brand assets, and copy) is completed and uploaded to our shared G drive. Once scheduled, we follow a strict timeline, so please ensure all materials are ready by the start of design week.
Any delays will require rescheduling.
If you include the Branding, Copywriting or Photography packages - add on 1-2 weeks to the project timeline.

This is not part of the Sprint package but I’m happy to set up these systems for you at an additional cost.

You will need your branding - logos, fonts, colour pallet with HEX codes, photographs and your web copy.
If you don’t have these, make sure to let me know so I can add them into your custom designed package.
Once you accept the contract and make an initial payment, I’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire to clarify your brand vision, values, and goals. This helps me understand your needs and create a website that truly reflects YOU and your brand.
Additionally, please create a Pinterest board and invite me to it so I can see your inspo for all things YOU as well as your branding, website and words.
